Joanna was responsible for creating Oriflames trend books for 2015-2017. Translating coming fashion trends into beauty and looks. By analyzing the coming trends, she came up with concepts and ideas that would feature product launches.
Joanna was part of the whole production, from creating mood boards, getting buy-in from stakeholders, putting together the team, briefing photographers, stylists, model bookers, and production companies. Of course, she was part of the casting, location scouting, and directing the actual shoots and post-production. The results were a success. Large toolboxes were delivered to regions. Allowing for main feature content for branding, web, and catalog as well as behind the scenes, how-to/step by step tutorials, and interviews with the models.
